When to Arrive

Please arrive 15-20 minutes early for your first appointment with us and plan to enjoy a cup of coffee or herbal tea while we take care of the registration details.

What to Bring to Your First Appointment

Drivers License or Photo ID
Insurance card (if applicable)
List of any Medications you are currently taking (including supplements)
Names/Phone Numbers for you medical doctor(s)

If you have dental x-rays taken within the last year, it may be helpful to request them from your previous dentist. We can assist with this if you like, just give us a call 706.607.9772.

We want dentistry to be accessible and affordable for our Patients. We will always talk with you about expected costs when we schedule your appointments and will review available payment options to help fit dental care into your budget.

Our office is a Participating Provider with CareCredit® Patient Financing and we file most major dental insurance plans.
